This Spring a number of Associates in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, as well as in Charleston, SC, either made new commitments as Associates of Bon Secours or renewed their commitment to living the charism of compassion, healing and liberation.

In Charleston the group gathered at Mepkin Abbey, a Trappist monastery in nearby Monck’s Corner, SC, where one of our Associates lives as a monk of the community.  In Virginia, the group met at a member’s home and celebrated with a homemade Italian meal,  overlooking the water.

In both cases, we celebrated with one another and for additions to our U.S. Associate Community.
