Friends in Solidarity is a collaborative ministry initiated by Institutes of Women and Men Religious in the United States supporting the people of Africa, especially South Sudan, through capacity building initiatives that include the training of teachers, health care professionals and pastoral teams.
The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility is a coalition of faith and values-driven organizations who view the management of their investments as a powerful catalyst for social change. Through our membership in ICCR we engage multinational corporations annually to promote more sustainable and just practices because we believe in doing so they will secure a better future for their employees, their customers and their shareholders.
NETWORK is a national Catholic Social Justice Lobby founded by Catholic Sisters in 1971. The Sisters of Bon Secours have been a member of NETWORK for many years and a proud supporter of Nuns on the Bus. NETWORK educates and advocates for Economic Justice, Immigration Reform, Healthcare and a moral Budget.
The Congregation of the Sisters of Bon Secours is a member of Pax Christi International, a Catholic peace organization. The work of Pax Christi International is based on the gospel and inspired by faith. Pax Christi International believes that peace is possible and that vicious cycles of violence and injustice can be broken. Our vision is of a world where people can live in peace, free from the fear of violence in all its forms.
UNANIMA International is a non-governmental organization (NGO) advocating on behalf of women and children (particularly those living in poverty), immigrants and refugees, and the environment. We work to educate and influence policymakers at the global level. In solidarity, we work for systemic change to achieve a more just world.
